- the central Post Office (in rue du Louvre), open 7 days a week and 24 hrs a day
- from the Left Bank / St Germain des Prés, through Pont Neuf
Even the Opera (Garnier) is not very far.

(many lines are crossing there, including RER A and B lines)

just a little further west ner 99 rue St Honoré, Baan Boran offers top quality Thaï cuisine, rather to take away as it is a very tiny place
APARTMENT
Old Parisian style, furnished apartment,
on the 4th floor with a small elevator (maximum : 2 persons at a time)
giving on a charming courtyard with greenery and antique shops,
and offering :
- 4 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed with another single mattress in the low drawer, 1 single bed). Additional air mattress available at 10 euros per night, if needed.
Can sleep up to 7 or 8 persons including two couples.
- 2 bathrooms, each with integrated toilet, + one 3rd toilet near the kitchen easily accessible from anywhere, and from the living room without going through any bedroom.
- a living room and a dining area
- an equipped kitchen offering a refrigerator, gas burners and an oven, a microwave, a recent dishwasher, a washing machine with a separate dryer (both recent and rare in Paris), a sink and cupboards, a coffe machine, a kettle, a toaster, and usual kitchenware and tableware.
- Wifi or cable DSL high speed access to Internet, TV service
Ideal for two small families visiting Paris,
or for sharing students in a short cycle of studies or in an internship
The apartment is especially easy to share between two small groups of persons, because
- the access to corner A made of 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom is located in one corner of the living room
- the access to corner B made of 1 room+2 bedrooms+1bathroom, is located in another corner of the living room
- from each corner A or B, the access to the living room, to the dining area, to the kitchen, to the entrance door or to the third toilet, is possible without disturbing at all the other corner

RATES

All-in short term rates
Those rates include : rent, uitilities, reasonable use of electricity and gas, broker's fee,
final cleaning fee, share of taxe d'habitation, high speed access to Internet and associated TV service..
They do not include : outgoing phone calls
(the landline may not and cannot be used for outgoing phone calls).
High season (April to September + Christmas/New Year’s Eve - Dec 20th to Jan 10th)
a) If you would rent the whole apartment :
1 week ( 7 nights ) : 2,310 € (average 330 euros per night)
2 weeks ( 14 nights ) : 3,780 € (average 270 euros per night)
3 weeks ( 21 nights ) : 5,250 € (average 250 euros per night )
4 weeks ( 28 nights ) : 6,720 € (average 240 euros per night) etc…
Exceptionnally short stays (3 to 6 nights) : 400 euros per night
b) If you would rent only some of the apartment
(no more than one person for a single bedroom, or 2 persons for a double bedroom) :
For at least one week (7 nights) : 60 € per head and per night + 20 € final cleaning fee per bedroom
Exceptionally, if a stay of less than one week (but minimum 3 nights) was possible, for example between 2 longer rentals, the rate per night and per head would be 70 €, the additional final cleaning fee per bedroom remaining at 20 € per bedroom
Refundable key and safety deposit : 800 euros per bedroom ,
payable at the latest upon remittance of the keys
The applicable short term rate is fully payable
at least 2 days before remittance of the keys
and is considered as a firm reservation deposit,
which also means that following cancellation rules would apply:
- 100% of firm reservation deposit would be kept by the lessor in case of cancellation
less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50% of firm reservation deposit would be kept by the lessor in case of cancellation
between 30 and 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
Long term rates :
Summer 2008 specials
2 months : 3,800 euros per month + one time rental fee (17%) + gas/electricity + telecom
2,6 months and from June 15th to Sptember 3rd, 2008 : special price of 2,900 euros per month + one time rental fee (15%) + gas/electricity + telecom
Other
More than 6 months : 3,400 euros per month + one time rental fee (11%) + gas/electricity + telecom
Non refundable firm reservation deposit required. Cancellation rules mentioned above apply
Refundable key and safety deposit : 3,500 euros
